  • Social workers work closely with individuals and families providing supportive services to promote self-sufficiency and independence
  • Budgeting assistance
  • Resource referral and assisting client’s wise use of available resources is an important part of what we offer.

food-pantryFood Pantry

We offer a food pantry located at the office. The pantry is stocked with donated nonperishable food and hygiene items. Many churches, organizations, and schools on Signal Mountain donate the many necessary items ongoing throughout the year. Social workers meet with clients to assure their needs are met through a variety of resources.

A dedicated Seniors’ Social Worker provides compassionate, supportive services to our elderly clients. We strive for our seniors to live in safe and healthy environments and promote community contact through the various organizations on the mountain.

Emergency Assistance

When appropriate, we can help pay rent and utility bills, help with the cost of prescription drugs, and, in some cases, help with home repairs.
